Mon Vieil Ami expresses, by means of the vegetables that I like in home cooking, comfort and warmth with my personal touch, through lively seasonings, but also my home turf combined with flavours from the 4 corners of the world.
 
 
A good friend : can you sum up your cooking for Mon Vieil Ami ?  
 
There are so many parameters in cooking that you want to be spontaneous: the season, one's desire, inspiration, etc. That is why our main characteristic is to have a menu that changes as regularly as possible.
 
 
A good friend : when your name is Mon Vieil Ami (My Old Friend) you must have a certain vision of the welcome and the ambiance?
 
It begins with the first gesture of service: to welcome our guests like old friends, as soon as they are seated, we offer them a glass of fresh fruit juice or a glass of Pinot d'Alsace. Welcoming friends is also about generous cooking, and to emphasise this aspect, we offer many dishes that are served in a casserole dish to share between two.
